Oksana Koyfman has 10 years of web development experience, including 5 years building and fixing Salesforce solutions, primarily in Experience Cloud and Lightning Web Components. She has worked on customer and partner portals and holds Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer and Salesforce Certified Platform Foundations certifications.

Services include custom components, interactive forms, multi-step workflows, component and third-party integrations, diagnosing JavaScript errors, fixing broken interactions, forms and components, improving websites and portals, and reviewing technical SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO). Rankings, AI citations and traffic are not guaranteed.

Feature development is scoped and quoted separately. Troubleshooting diagnostics start at $295. Clients receive findings, a recommended fix and a quote. The diagnostic fee is credited toward the fix if the client proceeds. Scope, fee and timing are agreed before work begins. Urgent work depends on availability; this is not a 24/7 support desk.
